Situated on the southeast corner of St. John, Estate Concordia Preserve has consistently led the way in eco-sensitive design and operation since 1976. Most recently, their newly-added, multi-purpose green building furthers their status.
Stanley Selengut, founder of the eco-resorts Maho Bay Camps, Harmony Studios and Concordia Eco-Tents and Studios, has opted for the latest addition to include a store, café (with outdoor dining), event pavilion and large open space with a 280-degree panoramic view, providing a “stunning setting” for a variety of uses, ranging from yoga instruction to island weddings.
Designed by architect Glenn Speer, “green building” development techniques were utlized throughout the project.
