The package boasts a seasonal menu of local/organic hors d’oeuvres, entrees and desserts. Participating couples who opt for the package get to have a one-on-one menu planning session with Executive Chef Richard Rayment to determine which are the best organic products to be available during their given season.
The package goes even as far as to not use paper at all when it comes to the menus, which are printed on chocolate settings and situated per-plat as well as a custom, organic cake by Executive Pastry Chef Joanne Gregory. Guests also enjoy a vast selection of organic beer, wine and soda.
“This package is the culmination of months of planning to ensure that we were able to provide our couples with an environmentally friendly wedding that exceeds our extremely high standards of quality,” says Nikki Wescott, Seaport’s Director of Weddings. “It is our ongoing mission to provide couples with the wedding of their dreams, and this package for ecologically conscious couples is a testament of our commitment to that goal.
