Green Skies, a green-aviation consulting firm, aims to shine a light on how the aviation industry can reduce and/or recycle waste. The Green Skies annual convention will focus on goals and solutions for lessening the amount of trash produced by airlines. Green skies would like to see a 100% recycle rate by 2018 which would require the cooperation of the airlines as well as the airports.

Green Skies is an aviation consulting company that hosts an annual green aviation conference in North America. Their mission is to bring aviation together – airlines, airports, suppliers, aircraft, engines, maintenance and industry groups – to discuss goals and learn from each other.
