The Human Experience Linking Project, also known as H.E.L.P., is a non-profit association dedicated to promoting local community development programs through special and unique responsible tourism itineraries.

H.E.L.P. works with local communities, establishments and individuals to promote sustainable and fair tourism opportunities that enable local economies, while at the same time minimizing negative environmental and cultural impacts. Their concept of “Fundamental Tourism” affords travelers an itinerary blended with a specific local community development project to be achieved and completed during their stay, according to their preferences and affinities.

All of the organization’s itineraries take place in the Tropical Casamance Region: from the astonishing ocean seashores on the West, passing through the immense Casamance River, the Diola Villages, until the Niokolo Koba animal reserve and the Bassari Lands with its mountains and waterfalls on the East. H.E.L.P.’s programs aim to optimize the cultural exchanges; provide an authentic and enlightening discovery travel within profound integration conditions.

Trips are available all year long: tailor-made for individuals, small groups, educational institutions, gap year and company subsidized vacations.
