Trailmix.Net (http://trailmix.net) is proud to introduce its first product, the Yosemite National Park Scavenger Hunt. As of Wednesday, August 27th, families with children that are planning to visit Yosemite National Park can get a copy of The Yosemite National Park Scavenger Hunt (http://store.trailmix.net/p-24-yosemite-national-park-scavenger-hunt-kit.aspx ) in the Trailmix.Net store.

The Trailmix.Net Scavenger Hunt is an innovative product that helps parents create memorable educational experiences with their children while visiting the park. The scavenger hunt leads families to seven locations in Yosemite Valley. At each location, the family is presented with a riddle. When all of the riddles are solved, a unique code is generated that can be uploaded later at the Trailmix.Net website. Uploading the code triggers shipment of a collectible prize.

While working through the hunt, children learn about the geology of Yosemite, about plants found in the Sierra Nevada Region, about Yosemite Falls, the history of the National Parks System, how to identify wildlife in Yosemite, and how to shoot a postcard perfect photograph.

“We wanted to build a business around the idea of teaching parents how to create constructive educational experiences in the outdoors,” said Mike Barlow, creator of the scavenger hunt. “The Yosemite National Park Scavenger Hunt is the first of several innovative products in our pipeline.”

The Yosemite National Park Scavenger Hunt is designed perfectly for people who want to send a unique gift to a family or child. Shipping and handling costs associated with delivering both the booklet and the completion prize are free. Additionally, one component of the scavenger hunt directs participants to post a photo taken in the park to an online photo album at Trailmix.Net. Because of this, the gift provider who might not participate in the scavenger hunt gets to see photos and read about the hunt online.

The Trailmix.Net Yosemite National Park scavenger hunt is the best way to show your children the Yosemite Valley.
